Job Description

Mudita is looking for a relationship-driven professional who can build strong client relationships, improve engagement, support client progress, and identify success stories and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard clients and explain program structure, sessions, and learning roadmaps
Track client progress, attendance, engagement, and action steps
Follow up with clients, resolve concerns, and improve program participation
Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and internal teams for a smooth client experience
Collect client testimonials, success stories, and referrals
Identify relevant upselling and renewal opportunities
