We are looking for a Customer Services Engineer to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, and customer training for professional AV solutions. The role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience through effective troubleshooting, system support, and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to independently support installation and service activities across customer sites in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Review site specifications and customer requirements prior to installation and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Prepare products, tools, and equipment required for successful installation and commissioning activities.
• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners, dealers, and customers during installation and service activities.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely closure of customer concerns and proper escalation when required.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency service repairs at customer locations.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain documentation of installation, maintenance, and support activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.
• Deliver product and system training for customers and partners to ensure effective operation and maintenance of AV solutions.
• Support product demonstrations, customer presentations, trade shows, and technical events in collaboration with the sales team.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams on product and system-related matters.
• Share customer feedback and field observations with management and product teams to support continuous improvement.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, preferably in installation, commissioning, or field service roles.
• Hands-on experience with professional AV products, display systems, video walls, projectors, control systems, or related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and work in customer-facing environments.
• Good communication and customer service orientation.
• Strong English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Basic networking knowledge is essential.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
