Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Client Operations Executive to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve client queries efficiently while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Investors and Channel Partners (CPs) for operational queries, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and service-related issues.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in Client Operations, CRM, Client Servicing, or Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong email drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
