• Record customer interactions and important details accurately so that requests can be tracked and handled consistently.
• Investigate common issues using available information and internal guidance, and involve the appropriate colleague when further help is needed.
• Handle dissatisfied customers with patience and professionalism, focusing on practical next steps and a constructive resolution.
