About Our Client

The employer is a well-established organisation within the property and building & construction industry with an Investment Management company as an AIF.

Job Description

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the fund and AIF.
Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings as per applicable laws.
Provide guidance on corporate governance and company secretarial practices.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submissions of required documents.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in board meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and implement necessary updates.
Support the legal department in managing compliance-related queries and tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CS Compliance Officer should have:

Relevant educational qualifications in law, compliance, or a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
