Job Description
- Daily Operation Management:
- Oversee daily crew movement coverage, ensuring compliance with Flight Duty Time Limitation (FDTL, managing crew accommodation and enhancing OTP. To coordinate with Network Planning / OCC and carry out required crew pattern changes in the published roster window.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory rules, company policies.
- Logistics and Hotel Booking:
- Support hotel booking and logistic activities by processing hotel booking, maintain inventory, verify invoices, coordinate transportation, implement cost optimization measures and manage a comprehensive database. Create PNR for crew transfers.
- Training planning:
- Associates with line training planning and simulator planning for crew members
- Recurrency and compliance:
- Conduct required recurrent line checks prior to crew utilization for online flights.
- Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.
