Job Position Summary

An organized and detailed oriented candidate to handle crew schedule, ensuring safety compliance, regulatory adherence, and upholding Airline’s On Time Performance (OTP).

Key responsibilities

• Daily Operation Management:
• Oversee daily crew movement coverage, ensuring compliance with Flight Duty Time Limitation (FDTL, managing crew accommodation and enhancing OTP. To coordinate with Network Planning / OCC and carry out required crew pattern changes in the published roster window.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory rules, company policies.
• Logistics and Hotel Booking:
• Support hotel booking and logistic activities by processing hotel booking, maintain inventory, verify invoices, coordinate transportation, implement cost optimization measures and manage a comprehensive database. Create PNR for crew transfers.
• Training planning:
• Associates with line training planning and simulator planning for crew members
• Recurrency and compliance:
• Conduct required recurrent line checks prior to crew utilization for online flights.
  
  

• Graduate
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Aviation / Airline Management or related field.
  
  

• Freshers may apply.
• Previous airline operations experience will be an added advantage.
  
  

• Work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
  

• Preference to candidates based out of Mumbai
