We are looking for a Social Media Analyst who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building a strong company image globally for Kulfi’s 3 core verticals (Supari Studios, Post Office and Keeda Media).

We are seeking a boundary-pushing, idea-generating, and pop-culture-loving Creative Lead to join our team of badass creatives and help us produce content that shines.

A person with a unique blend of imagination, charisma, and caffeinated energy to transform brands into epic tales thatll have the internet begging for more.

A day in the life of an Creative Lead

• Join forces with our Creative team to understand the brands needs and objectives, Oversee day-to-day creative output across social platforms, ensuring all work is strategically sound, culturally relevant, and brand-safe
• Assisting in producing beautifully designed decks and providing references that are in line with the project’s objectives and requirements
• Work closely with the Social Analyst and Account Lead to translate insights and data into actionable creative direction, with a particular focus on identifying, evaluating, and collaborating with social creators across India.
• Partner directly with creators and influencers to elevate the quality of their content while preserving each creator’s unique tone of voice and personality.
• Good understanding of all stages of the creative process, such as Ideation, scriptwriting, social media content and ideating with focused speciality in at least one of them.
• Ideates and writes original and iconic social first creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.
• Sharing ideas based on the latest social media trends and deep understanding of social media inventory present (For example, when to use Insta Stories v/s When to use Insta Feeds)
• Aware about content that works on different platforms for different formats. Strong understanding of social culture, creator ecosystems, and emerging content formats, along with the ability to guide creative execution from concept through delivery.
• Ensure that all creative work meets high standards of quality and aligns with our clients brand guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with the internal l team
• Foster a collaborative, creative and positive work environment

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 3-5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital advertising agency.
• Should have worked with influencers/content creators
• A portfolio showcasing your involvement in mind-blowing work across social media platforms.
• Youre a natural-born hustler with a Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth.
• You have excellent communication skills, with your can-do attitude.
• Youre proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and youre not afraid to use them.
• Pushing the envelope and inviting the future of content creation by dabbling in AI Writer and AI Design Tools like Chatgpt, Runaway and more. Approaching everything as a problem solver.
• Youre always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in the industry because youre just that curious.
• You’re a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for what the audience wants.
