General Mills India Center is the global capability hub of General Mills, supporting business growth and innovation worldwide.

About The Role

CPW (a Nestlé–General Mills joint venture) Data Engineering team works on harmonizing data across 52+ markets to build a global data warehouse on Microsoft Azure. We are looking for an ETL Test Engineer to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Validate ETL processes, datasets, and monthly data harmonization outputs
Write complex SQL, Python, and Excel validations
Translate business requirements into test scenarios
Identify, document, and track defects to closure

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of ETL/Data Warehouse testing experience
Strong SQL (mandatory), Python, and Excel skills
Basic Azure experience; Databricks is a plus
Strong understanding of data flows, ETL, and validation techniques
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Mindset

Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and a strong team player
