About the Role

The Corporate HR Business Partner – COE (Rural Business) is a strategic HR role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the Lead HR in driving centrally led HR projects and programs across the Rural Banking business. This role involves managing central HR initiatives, collaborating with Zonal HRBPs and HR CoEs, and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent employee experience and impactful execution. The HRBP COE will also play a key role in influencing leadership and using data-driven insights to shape HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand the context of roles within the Rural Business and ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Zonal HRBP colleagues and HR CoEs to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience across locations.
  • Drive and measure the impact of centrally led HR initiatives across the country.
  • Lead the delivery of HR products and programs through strong collaboration with business leaders, CoEs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making, influence leadership, and design dashboards to track HR effectiveness.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure successful on-ground execution of HR strategies and initiatives.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Foster collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion the “Always You First” philosophy in all HR engagements.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 yearsof relevant experience in HR business partnering or enterprise-wide HR roles, preferably in a COE or central HR setup.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of business needs.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and dashboarding tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
