The Corporate Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless, high-touch service and hospitality execution for the CMD and senior management team. This role requires traveling alongside the leadership team to act as the custodian of their comfort, dietary preferences, and meeting environments. The focus is strictly on on-site hospitality management, food and beverage (F&B) execution, and VIP protocol.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Hospitality & Service Execution:
Accompany the CMD and management team during travel to manage their daily hospitality schedules and real-time needs.
Oversee fine-dining arrangements, menu selection, and personalized food and beverage service, ensuring strict adherence to the CMD’s personal preferences and dietary requirements.
Supervise local service staff (at resorts, corporate offices, or private venues) to ensure service aligns with luxury standards.
Meeting & Protocol Management:
Manage the setup of executive meeting rooms, boardrooms, and private lounges during travel, ensuring absolute privacy, comfort, and appropriate ambiance.
Act as the primary host for VVIP guests, clients, and dignitaries visiting the CMD, ensuring impeccable protocol from arrival to departure.
Maintain an environment of strict confidentiality regarding all discussions, documents, and business proceedings witnessed during service.
Quality Control & Ambience:
Conduct pre-arrival inspections of the CMD’s designated workspaces and dining areas to ensure immaculate cleanliness, grooming standards, and layout.
Proactively anticipate the team's needs (e.g., refreshing refreshments between long meetings, arranging quick-turnaround requests) without causing disruption.
Job Expectations
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels/resorts), high-end cabin crew service (First Class/Private Jet), or as a Butler/Hospitality Lead for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) or C-suite executives.
Service Excellence: Deep knowledge of food and beverage service, fine dining etiquette, and VIP protocols.
Adaptability: Highly flexible and resilient; comfortable with a heavy travel schedule, changing itineraries, and working extended hours on the road.
Discretion & Grooming: Exceptional professional boundaries, absolute confidentiality, and impeccable personal grooming and communication skills.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
Working Conditions
Travel: Continuous travel alongside the CMD and management team (including weekends and holidays depending on the business schedule).
Minimum Qualification
Batchelors/Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field
