• 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance within the Renewables sector (mandatory)


• Proven experience in equity & debt fundraising, structured instruments, lender/investor processes


• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability


• Experience handling rating agencies, lenders, diligence partners and internal stakeholders


• Target Profiles (Indicative): Candidates currently or previously with leading renewables platforms such as ReNew, Greenko, Serentica, Ayana, Virescent/KKR, CLP, Actis-backed platforms or similar private-equity-backed renewable energy players (this is just an indicative list, there are many other renewable platforms/companies)


• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth in the renewables sector.


• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess potential renewable energy projects and investments.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure funding and manage capital allocation for renewable initiatives.


• Monitor and report on the financial performance of renewable projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.


• Provide expert guidance on risk management and regulatory compliance within the renewables sector.

• Should have good experience in Corporate Finance within the Renewables sector
