Company Description: The Financialist is strategically backed by Zerodha. We are building India’s best Personal Finance & Wealth Management platform. We deliver comprehensive financial planning services aimed at enhancing clients financial planning needs.

Role Description:

If your process starts with ChatGPT or Claude, this role isnt for you. We are building something with a real voice and we need a writer who brings genuine creative instincts to everything from a 6-word tooltip to a landing page to a client email. Youll also be the person who defines how the entire org sounds. Thats a big deal, and we are treating it like one.

Roles & responsibilities: 

• What you will write:

- Tool tips and in-product microcopy that actually help people.

- Website copy should be simple, consumable and human.

- Social media to have platform-native content pieces.

- Client engagement content emails, decks, proposals that explain everything with brevity.

• What you will build:

- The org-wide style guide voice, tone, rules, the works.

- A content standard that every team can use and actually will.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Your portfolio shows creative range wit, clarity, and articulation in the same body of work.
• Youve set or shaped a brand voice before.
• You have strong opinions about words and arent shy about them.
• You find AI-generated copy as depressing as we do.
