Job Description
Third Bridge is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Coordinator to support the Vice President - Strategy & Operations roles across Asia. Reporting directly to the VP - Strategy & Operations in HK, you will play a critical role in streamlining operations across our Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan and Shanghai offices.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on "making things happen." You will act as a central hub for communication, reporting, and process management, ensuring our leadership team has the data and infrastructure needed to drive the region forward.
Responsibilities
Business Support & Financial Operations:
Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee the end-to-end administrative lifecycle for regional vendors when needed
Logistics Framework: Support the VP in coordinating & scheduling large-scale cross-border meetings, training & strategic sessions.
Problem Solving: Address emerging operational challenges as they arise, acting as a flexible resource to support the evolving needs of the Asia leadership team
Strategic Initiative Support & Implementation
Value Creation: Support the VP of Strategy & Ops to execute global value creation initiatives across the Asia region, ensuring local implementation aligns with broader corporate objectives.
Transformation & Change: Support the roll-out of organizational changes and process improvements across diverse Asian markets.
Progress Tracking: Monitor the adoption and success of strategic projects, identifying roadblocks and facilitating solutions to ensure regional hit-rates.
Manage the weekly calls and oversee any necessary follow-up actions.
Operational Governance & Reporting
Performance Analytics: Own the regional reporting lifecycle, ensuring KPI presentations are prepared and up to date ahead of reviews.
Stakeholder Feedback Loop: Support the VP in aggregating and analyzing feedback on regional initiatives.
Strategic Meeting Management: Facilitate and track progress for critical business workstreams, ensuring all action items from regional leadership calls are documented and executed.
Regional Internal Communications
Knowledge Management: Ensure all Asia-specific operational content, resources, and documentation are current and validated.
Information Flow: Support the VPs in ensuring seamless information delivery across diverse geographic territories.
Qualifications
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on role.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the discipline to manage and update performance data and KPI presentations accurately and on time.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse data sets and make recommendations.
A flexible and adaptable personality combined with a resourceful attitude to navigate changing priorities and emerging operational challenges.
