We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Mumbai, India.

Job Purpose:


  • Lead the global roll-out and operational administration of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) landscape. Drive successful deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement of CLM tools and integrations, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and policies. Act as the primary point of contact for system administration, run support, and change management, delivering service excellence.
  • Own the end-to-end configuration workstream by consolidating local requirements into standardized processes. Document business requirements with BPOs and translate them into automated tool workflows. Serve as the subject matter expert for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing of the CLM application.
  • Focus on optimizing contract management and S2C processes through AI-powered tools and automation. Play a key role in enhancing efficiency, reducing risk, and strengthening overall contract management capabilities.


Your tasks:

CLM application governance


  • Translate stakeholder requirements (legal, procurement, business) into scalable technical solutions.
  • Advise business process experts on tool-supported solutions to meet functional needs.
  • Lead end-to-end functional and integration testing, including scenario design and execution for CLM features.
  • Analyze current contract management processes and workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.


Roll-out Management:


  • Execute global CLM roll-outs, including testing, migration, and stakeholder onboarding.
  • Coordinate within Procurement the release management, change requests, and incident handling to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation in collaboration with other workstreams to drive adoption.


Run Administration:


  • Act as system administrator for CLM applications, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations. In charge of the application governance.
  • Monitor system performance, manage ticket triage, and implement measures to reduce incidents.
  • Conduct service reviews and ensure SLA compliance for support activities.


Continuous Improvement & Governance:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain governance of templates, clauses, and metadata in CLM systems.
  • Drive automation initiatives and apply AI/LCNC tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Explore and define use cases of new/additional CLM modules


Stakeholder Management:


  • Act as liaison between Global Project Managers, Business Process Owners, IT teams, and external providers.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence adoption of best practices.
  • Coach stakeholders on advanced automation and contract AI solutions; propose improvements for system usage and process efficiency.
  • Represent Procurement in technical alignments at the CLM platform level.


Your profile:


  • Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management and S2C processes.
  • Expert knowledge in configuring and testing contract lifecycle management tool
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a global environment with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, integration technologies, and automation tools (Power Automate).
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong understanding of contract management processes, including contract analysis, extraction, and lifecycle management.
  • High self-motivation, solution-oriented thinking and creativity
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in CLM, AI and automation.
  • Service mindset to continuously delivery excellent service.


Experience Level:


  • More than 3–5 years in procurement digitalization, CLM/eSourcing tools
  • Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (e.g., Sirion Labs, Jaggaer).
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects in matrix organization and support processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive initiatives from conception to implementation and within scope/costs/quality.
  • Experience in change management and training end users of CLM applications/S2C tools.


Education Level:

Bachelor degree, ideally also Master degree (preferably in business administration, IT, Data Science, Technology, science) or equivalent
