Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage publishing work intake and triage new content requests.
• Review content for accuracy, compliance, and classified information.
• Publish requested content updates accurately and on time.
• Support content migration efforts, including identifying content for migration.
• Create and maintain tracking items for content updates and changes.
• Follow up on open items and resolve or close completed work
• Identify bugs, usability issues, and feature enhancement opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to define and improve publishing best practices
• Provide regular status updates to managers and stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or publishing
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with content management processes and best practices
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Process-oriented mindset with an eye for user experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using GitHub for content management
• Experience creating instructional or technical content
• Background in help desk, desktop support, or technical troubleshooting
• Experience working with one or more content management systems
