Content Strategist

Location: Mumbai ( hybrid )

Experience: 2 to 4 years, preferably from a marketing and filmmaking background.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping campaign narratives and building finely crafted content that resonates with audiences.
• Crafting engaging hooks and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.
• Engaging briefs focused on beauty, skincare, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Monitor trends, break them down, and find smart ways to bring it on everyone’s feed.
• Generate fresh and fun ideas backed by great aesthetics.
• Collaborate with a team of young strategists to co-create and achieve impactful results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Postgraduates in related fields also encouraged to apply.
• A creative mindset with a strong ability to connect ideas to culture and an eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail in content creation.
• Ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Salary: Starting at INR 45,000 per month, with variations based on experience and other factors. The salary bracket increases for professionals with broader experience.
