Job Description
Business Development
Build and grow your own client portfolio, identifying decision‑makers and connecting with organisations that have current or future hiring needs
Conduct BD calls, client meetings, networking, and pitches to win new mandates and strengthen partnership
Advise clients on market trends, hiring challenges, and salary patterns
Recruitment Consulting
Understand client requirements, refine job descriptions, and create sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: interviews, feedback, negotiation, offer rollouts, and successful placements.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a high‑quality talent pipeline.
Conduct weekly review discussions with your manager on pipeline, leads, and revenue forecast
