Job Description

Business Development

  • Build and grow your own client portfolio, identifying decision‑makers and connecting with organisations that have current or future hiring needs
  • Conduct BD calls, client meetings, networking, and pitches to win new mandates and strengthen partnership
  • Advise clients on market trends, hiring challenges, and salary patterns

Recruitment Consulting

  • Understand client requirements, refine job descriptions, and create sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: interviews, feedback, negotiation, offer rollouts, and successful placements.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a high‑quality talent pipeline.
  • Conduct weekly review discussions with your manager on pipeline, leads, and revenue forecast
