Job Description

Key requirements of the Pediatric Intensivist will be:

• Clinical Management: Oversee care for pedaitric patients in critical conditions, using advanced treatments and technologies.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Critical Care Procedures: Perform invasive procedures and make urgent clinical decisions.
• Family Communication: Discuss treatment options and provide emotional support to families.
• Teaching & Mentorship: Train and guide medical staff, residents, and fellows.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, safety, and quality improvement.
• Research: Contribute to research and stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric critical care.
• Crisis Management: Handle emergencies and participate in disaster management.
