About the Role & What You’ll Do

As an Consultant - HR Excellence, you will:

• Act as the operational backbone of our Center of Excellence, ensuring seamless employee experiences that empower our teams to grow and succeed
• Manage learning portals, handling LMS queries, ensure traction in ongoing learning initiatives.
• Drive engagement by crafting clear communications to all stakeholders as per the learning calendar.
• Own all training logistics, tracking, attendance, helping shape training experience and measuring training impact.
• Execute administrative excellence by independently managing vendor agreements and the vendor payment process.

You’ll Know You’re Winning When

You consistently keep HR CoE programs and day-to-day operations running smoothly and on time. Employee and stakeholder queries are addressed promptly, trackers and systems are kept accurate and up to date, and program logistics and communications are handled with minimal follow-ups. You stay on top of timelines, coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors, and proactively flag gaps or issues before they become blockers.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce or similar, or masters degree in management.
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex data across multiple systems
• Experience in managing programs and events.
