Role Summary

Lead Office 365 cloud transformations and go-local data center deployments.

Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Deliver Power BI insights for migration and capacity planning.

Build and manage Microsoft Copilot agents for enterprise use.

Ensure compliance with SOC, ISO, and FEDRAMP standards.

Mentor teams, facilitated training, and reported to senior stakeholders.

Lead Azure migrations, streamline frameworks, and automate workflows.

Manage migrations with Binary Tree, Quest, PowerShell, and customer syncs.

Administer Active Directory & Exchange, automate tasks, and ensure SLA compliance.

Provide technical support, diagnose hardware/software issues, and minimize downtime.
