About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Mumbai (BKC). This role is ideal for a young professional who is quick, agile, and eager to learn, with a strong inclination towards client servicing and operational coordination. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of projects and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Assist in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and client updates
• Proactively identify gaps and suggest solutions to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and responsiveness
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising / digital agency client servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with a structured and “sorted” approach to work
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
