About The Role

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will get a front-row seat during a critical planning phase. This is a high-intensity, short-term role designed for someone who wants to see how a business is built from the inside out. You wont be getting coffee; you’ll be getting data, building frameworks, and helping us decide where the company goes next.

Key Responsibilities

• Embark on a journey through our company goals to translate them into practical action plans and trackable progress.
• Navigate the world of senior leadership by participating in key internal meetings and preparing strategic documents as an extension of the CEO’s office.
• Master the art of identifying risks and bottlenecks early, helping the team solve them to maintain business momentum.
• Unleash your creativity by preparing pitch-perfect presentations and notes that bring clarity to senior leadership.
• Dive deep into commercial intelligence by building weekly reports across sales, pipeline, and revenue to support sharper decision-making.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams spanning sales, finance, and product to deliver outcomes quickly.
• Transform ambiguous or fast-moving situations into structured solutions that push the boundaries of our efficiency.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of new business ideas and growth opportunities within the creator and media landscape.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School with a consistently strong academic record.
• You have an ownership mindset and don’t wait to be told what to do.
• You are comfortable with numbers, business plans, and commercial thinking.
• You are AI-native and always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
• You believe "it’s not my job" isnt part of the vocabulary and are ready to hustle
• Previous internship experience within a startup ecosystem or a Founder’s Office is a significant plus.
