What You'll Do

Bring Campaigns to the Field

• Conceptualise and execute innovative BTL initiatives across our distribution network
• Translate brand and product campaigns into impactful field activations, communication tools, contests, engagement programs, and merchandising ideas
• Create excitement and momentum that energises sales teams and drives participation
• Work closely with Sales teams to identify regional opportunities and develop localised marketing initiatives

Drive Lead Generation & Measure Impact

• Design and execute on-ground lead generation programs that create meaningful business opportunities
• Track performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimise activities for greater effectiveness

Manage Agencies & Partners

• Brief and collaborate with vendors and creative agencies
• Continuously challenge and elevate creative output to deliver stronger field impact

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in BTL / trade marketing, field promotions, or activation-led roles
• Proven experience creating executable programs that drive customer footfalls, dealer/retailer engagement, and sales activation
• A creative thinker who can take an idea from concept to flawless execution
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate creative development and execution
