• Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning that AI models can learn from
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and evaluation frameworks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level content
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models handle scientific reasoning
  
  

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and logical rigor
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required
  
  

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
