• Greet passengers and assist them with the check-in process
• Verify travel documents and ensure they are valid and in order
• Weigh and tag baggage according to airline policies
• Issue boarding passes and collect any applicable fees
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
