What would you do? "The Talent Acquisition –responsible for supporting recruitment delivery through focused sourcing activities across assigned roles, skills, and geographies. The role specializes in identifying, engaging, and building candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels to meet hiring demand in line with defined timelines and quality standards. The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and works closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, accurate sourcing data, and a positive candidate experience." In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.
