Title: AI Solutions Engineer

Brief introduction:

• To design, develop, and deploy advanced agent-based systems and Generative AI solutions. This includes orchestrating complex workflows using modern frameworks, optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) performance for production environments, and ensuring the transparency and scalability of AI-driven tools.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy agent-based systems using LangGraph, Google ADK, LangChain, and Python.
• Optimize LLM performance for high-throughput environments using techniques such as quantization, model pruning, and cloud-native deployment.
• Implement and orchestrate tools, memory, and planning components within sophisticated agent workflows.
• Implement comprehensive tracing, logging, and monitoring for agent decisions to ensure system transparency and reliability.
• Build and integrate GenAI solutions with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js, ensuring solid API design and seamless cloud platform integration.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Overall 3–5 years of experience in software development, with 1–3 years specifically focused on Generative AI or Agentic AI.
• Strong Python proficiency with proven experience building multiple GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration using leading frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or Crew AI.
• Working experience with Gemini and ChatGPT (specifically in preparing agents), as well as open-source models, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of evaluation frameworks and observability tools for monitoring LLM behavior.
• Solid understanding of API design patterns, integration strategies, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Vue.js).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex AI logic to stakeholders.
