Overview
CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
In this role, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns that connect with customers across all markets. You will be responsible supporting campaign demand, measuring and evaluating marketing performance and enhancing the overall marketing process and workflow. You will work cross functionally and directly contribute to campaign success and make a real impact on the business.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run email marketing campaigns end to end using CleverTap or similar tools—from building emails and selecting the right audience to testing and sending.
- Keep the email campaign calendar on track, making sure campaigns go out on time and follow best practices across markets.
- Create smart customer segments using behavioral and profile data so messages feel relevant and engaging.
- Track how campaigns perform, share insights, and suggest improvements based on what’s working and what’s not.
- Make sure campaigns are accurate, well-tested, and delivered smoothly, adjusting timelines when needed and keeping everyone informed.
- Work closely with internal teams to review, test, approve, and launch campaigns, building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Set up automated customer journeys across email, push notifications, web banners, and other CRM touchpoints.
- Help improve customer reach, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through thoughtful CRM initiatives.
- Support better ways of working by improving and documenting CRM and campaign processes.
- Partner with design, UX/UI, and content teams to bring campaigns and creatives to life.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong operational capabilities with a proven ability to manage workflows efficiently.
- Attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver results while handling repetitive tasks.
- Highly deadline-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
