Role/ Job Title: Business Portfolio Manager - Supply Chain Finance

Function/ Department: Transaction Banking

Job Purpose:

'Portfolio Manager – SCF is responsible for healthy SCF portfolio AUM and portfolio performance on defined matrix. Enable smooth client on-boarding experience, drive utilizations and avoid delinquencies through market feedback and early warning signal in the portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'

  • Responsible for healthy SCF Dealer/ Vendor portfolio AUM and portfolio performance
  • Target a TAT for on-boarding of approved Dealer/ Vendor clients for ready-to-transact status: Work with SCF Sales team, Dealer/ Vendor Client and Operations team to enable smooth on-boarding and account disbursement ready.
  • Monitor periodic submissions of documents/ data, covenant tracking, sample audits, annual renewals etc.
  • Engage with Dealer/ Vendor clients, SCF Sales team and Operations team to ensure timely funding, repayment, and settlement under SCF accounts.
  • Drive utilization and program depth through regular Dealer/ Vendor engagements
  • Monitoring dealer/ vendor level issues, obtain timely market checks on individual dealer, highlight early warning signals.
  • Track portfolio performance metrics: utilization rates, overdue positions, payment behaviours, delinquencies. Identify early warning signs through data analytics and operational signals
  • Manage collections follow-up with Dealer/ Vendor clients and in case of a delayed/ overdue payments to ensure repayments. Initiate stop disbursement and other measure as needed.
  • In case of overdue payment beyond threshold, coordination with SCF & Trade Sales team for Anchor level support.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews for supply chain programs.
  • Identify process gaps and work with Product team to streamline process to improve TATs for on-boarding of SCF facilities, disbursement & repayment processes.
  • Explore CA & other working capital solution opportunities/ leads in the Dealer/ Vendor eco-system.
  • Manage and circulate Dealer/ Vendor & SCF program level MIS to internal stakeholders. Prepare monthly portfolio performance dashboards for leadership team

Secondary Responsibilities:

'Work in tandem with Product team & Operations to streamline the on-boarding & transaction Journey for clients
