About the Role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise prospects across North America, Europe, APAC, and other global markets.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. At Zycus, you'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools, sales intelligence platforms, and multi-channel outreach strategies to create qualified business opportunities for our enterprise sales teams. We're looking for people with a natural AI-first mindset — curious, adaptable, and comfortable picking up new AI tools quickly to work smarter, not harder.

You'll work alongside experienced Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and AI-powered systems to learn modern enterprise selling from day one.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify enterprise accounts that fit Zycus' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other sales intelligence platforms.
• Use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
• Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across global markets.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and AI teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Continuously experiment with new prospecting techniques, messaging, and AI workflows.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked, opportunities created, and Net New Accounts Added (NAA).

What We're Looking For

Required

• B.Tech in Computers/IT
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise sales.
• High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset.
• Comfortable working with data, technology, and AI tools.

Bonus Points

• Internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, SaaS, or B2B technology.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, or prospecting tools.
• Extensive usage of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot and built bots using GenAI
