We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our B2B growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target B2B markets.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with client needs.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and relationship management.
Experience in a business manager or similar client-facing role with revenue ownership.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term partnerships and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience working in industries such as SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
Exposure to international markets or enterprise-level clients is desirable.
