Role Overview 

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT training sales, with experience in both new business acquisition and managing existing enterprise accounts. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients across industries. 
  • Engage with existing accounts to expand business opportunities and increase wallet share. 
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (L&D heads, HR, IT teams, and vendor managers). 
  • Drive sales for training and certification programs from vendors like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and delivery) to ensure smooth execution of training programs. 
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and vendor partner programs. 

 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • 4–6 years of experience in IT Training / Certification Sales (B2B preferred). 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships. 
  • Strong understanding of vendor-driven training programs (Microsoft, AWS, GCP, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
