Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in either B2B EdTech sales or B2G IT/software sales. The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end sales capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a good professional network across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and deal closure.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra.
• Build relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporates, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive revenue growth.
• Explore government-sector opportunities and manage tenders, RFPs, and GeM bids, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B EdTech sales or B2G IT/software sales.
• End-to-end sales experience, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Experience with government tenders, GeM, and RFPs is preferred.
• Strong professional network across Maharashtra.
• Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
