Business Development Executive

on multiple responsibilities in the role of Business Development Executive|Real Estate. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands.We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, big dreamer, entrepreneurial,analytical, energetic and an incisive co-worker.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Self-starter who is ready to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent networking and communication abilities.
• Comfortable travelling extensively to identify and evaluate potential commercial properties.
• Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and property documentation is an added advantage.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and source commercial properties as per business requirements.
• Conduct property scouting, market research, and site visits.
• Evaluate sites and coordinate with internal teams for feasibility.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with landlords.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property brokers.
• Track property leads and ensure timely closure of property deals.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and rental benchmarks.
