• Responsible to generate and drive sales from the assigned territory
• Responsible to appoint new dealers for the assigned territory
• Achieving sales target and mapping potential market
• Conducting dealers meet, architects meet & carpenters meet to communicate about products and drive sales
• Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction
• Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
• Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors, and architects & designers
• Ensure timely collections & payments from the distributors/channel partners
• Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
