Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Mudita, you’ll build and strengthen business relationships, identify opportunities, and help move promising conversations toward clear next steps.

Identify and research potential business opportunities, then reach out with concise, relevant communication.
Build rapport with prospective and existing contacts by listening carefully and understanding their goals.
Hold discovery conversations to clarify needs, assess fit, and share accurate information about Mudita.
Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals that address the priorities discussed with each prospect.
Follow up consistently, respond to questions, and coordinate next steps to keep conversations progressing.
Maintain clear records of contacts, discussions, and opportunities, and share updates with the relevant team.
Review progress against business development goals and use feedback from conversations to refine your approach.
