About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner engagement, conducting field activities, and generating business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to engage with partners.

Train and onboard partners on processes and best practices.

Generate and nurture business leads via visits & calls.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Must own a laptop.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Performance Bonus: Incentives based on performance
