Job Description

Job Purpose

The Business Application Manager is responsible for managing and improving business applications that support commercial operations while leading projects that enhance processes, efficiency and business performance. This role acts as a bridge between business users and technology vendors, ensuring applications meet business needs and projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Business Application Management

• Manage and support key business applications, including Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Qlik Sense, Google Analytics, ERP systems, customer portals, and related commercial tools.
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and implement system improvements, including user adoption, optimization, data quality, and reporting.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation to ensure effective system performance.
  
  

Project Management

• Lead application enhancement, implementation, integration, and digital transformation projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication strategies while managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives through continuous process improvement.
  
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and external technology vendors, managing relationships with software providers, implementation partners and support vendors.
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements and issue resolution while monitoring vendor performance against agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Customer Service, and Finance.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing business applications and delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, software vendors and system integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
