About The Role
Purpose of the Function
This role bridges business needs and technical & non-technical solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team. You will translate strategic objectives into detailed requirements and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals. This involves analyzing complex business needs, defining measurable goals, and driving the creation of scalable, user-centric solutions. As a quality champion, you will also lead QA initiatives, defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy encompassing test planning, execution, and automation, while ensuring adherence to industry standards. You will monitor progress, identify process improvements, validate product readiness, and provide actionable insights from testing to support go-to-market strategies.
Internal Stakeholder with - Senior leadership, Operations, Product and Technical teams
Degree: BE/B.tech (Reputed institution)/MBA; Sector specific education is an add-on. However, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Requirement/ Skills
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
4 plus years of experience required.
Area-specific knowledge: Knowledge of common citizen problems related to government schemes and the ability to translate these problems into solutions using B2C app and Phygital mediums.
This includes understanding user needs, designing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring accessibility for diverse user groups.
Working knowledge of and at least 2 years of experience with B2C mobile hybrid app development and testing. This includes familiarity with hybrid app frameworks, mobile development. Platforms, and mobile testing best practices.

Alignment of solutions with business needs: Ensures that technical & non-technical solutions effectively address business requirements and strategic objectives.
Effective communication and collaboration: Ensures clear communication and collaboration between stakeholders and the development team.
Adherence to industry standards and regulations: Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in testing and solution development.
Quality of deliverables: Ensures the quality of software deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to quality assurance standards.
Requirements gathering and analysis: Carries out detailed analysis of complex business needs, translating them into actionable workflows, user stories, screen designs, requirement documents etc. for solution implementation (technical and non-technical). This includes gathering information and insights on market trends and customer needs to ensure solutions are relevant and valuable.
Test planning and execution: Carries out comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Defect tracking and resolution: Carries out systematic tracking and resolution of software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely fixes.
Process improvement: Carries out analysis of existing processes and identifies opportunities for improvement in both development and testing workflows.
