Role Summary: We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst capable of bridging the gap between diverse client stakeholders and our cross-functional technical teams. Because you will be deployed across multiple distinct products—spanning different domains like EdTech, enterprise tooling, or customized mobile solutions—you must excel at rapid domain acquisition. You will gather requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into technical user stories for various architectures (web, mobile, and API).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and interviews with clients across different industries and business models.

Quickly learn and map out the unique business objectives, workflows, and domain rules for whichever project you are assigned to.

Document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) that cater to both web frontends and mobile app interfaces.

Translate complex business workflows into clear, actionable information for technical teams working across varying tech stacks.

Analyze the impact of change requests on downstream systems, APIs, and database schemas.

Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning for multiple concurrent projects.

Support UAT planning, execution, and validation to ensure delivered functionality meets distinct client expectations.

Core Required Skills

Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains, industries, and product models.

Analysis & Documentation: Strong experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Technical Literacy: Ability to understand high-level technical concepts (REST APIs, relational databases, web vs. mobile delivery) to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

Client Management: Client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication.

Methodology: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Experience: 2-8 years of Business Analysis experience in a multi-project software services or product environment.
