Senior Business Analyst – Learning Management System

Program: Greenfield, GenAI-Enabled Learning Management System (LMS)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Learning Management System (LMS) domain expertise to support a greenfield, GenAI-enabled LMS initiative for a US-based automotive client. This role will work closely with the onsite Senior Product Manager and offshore delivery teams to translate business and training needs into clear, detailed requirements.

A strong understanding of dealer agent training, multiple learning mediums (videos, flash cards, assessments, micro-learning, etc.), and LMS workflows is critical. Experience in the automotive or dealer network ecosystem will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business, training, and product stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for the LMS.

Translate business and training needs into epics, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Apply strong LMS domain knowledge to define requirements across learning content formats (videos, flash cards, quizzes, simulations, micro-learning).

Support definition of GenAI-enabled LMS capabilities such as content generation, personalized learning paths, recommendations, and intelligent assessments.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, the onsite Product Manager, and offshore engineering teams.

Participate in requirement walkthroughs, planning workshops, sprint ceremonies, and UAT support.

Ensure requirements align with dealer training processes, certification needs, compliance, and reporting expectations.

Support CMS and content workflow requirements, including content ingestion, versioning, and metadata.

Assist in defect triage, clarifications, and change impact analysis.

Maintain requirement documentation and traceability using standard tools.

Required Skills & Experience

8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise platforms.

Strong, hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems or digital learning platforms.

Deep understanding of training content formats—videos, flash cards, assessments, micro-learning, blended learning models.

Experience working with CMS integrations and content workflows.

Exposure to GenAI or AI-assisted learning features is highly desirable.

Excellent requirement documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Ability to collaborate effectively in an onsite–offshore delivery model with US-based stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience in the automotive domain, dealer networks, or retail training ecosystems.

Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Docebo, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.

Experience supporting large-scale training rollouts or learning transformations.
