• Demonstrate deep understanding of tools and technologies related to RPA, AI, and platforms.
• Possess in depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services operations and risk management.

• Experience in solution shaping, process diagnostics, blueprinting, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Drive the Process Transformation roadmap and implement strategic initiatives to ensure successful deployment of Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation.
• Drive the Business Excellence value proposition and secure Business Excellence involvement in complex onshore delivery engagements.
• Lead, guide, and develop teams to provide services across a cluster of clients.
• Act as a strategic thinker and team leader.
• Own and deliver Geo Automation initiatives in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Maintain team flexibility and skills to support recovery work as required.
