About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead brand development, positioning, and marketing initiatives for our portfolio targeting NRIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and business value through innovative ATL, BTL, and digital brand initiatives across markets.

This role requires a blend of creativity, market understanding, business acumen, and execution excellence to enhance brand equity and contribute directly to business growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals and international project launches targeting NRIs.
  • Drive measurable Business Value (BV) through ATL and BTL marketing initiatives across international markets.
  • Lead brand innovation initiatives to strengthen market positioning and customer engagement across global NRI audiences
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns tailored for international markets, cultural preferences, and regional consumer behaviour.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across print, outdoor, radio, events, digital, activations, influencer partnerships, and global media platforms.
  • Ensure ATL and BTL activities contribute effectively toward lead generation, sales support, customer acquisition, and overall business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for residential/commercial real estate projects targeted towards NRI customers.
  • Collaborate with international channel partners for marketing support, agencies, and regional teams for seamless campaign execution
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies across key international geographies.
  • Lead content development including brochures, presentations, website content, advertisements, and promotional materials (both physical and digital) customized for NRI audiences
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all international communication channels
  • Organize international property exhibitions, roadshows, channel partner meets, customer engagement events, and on-ground activations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support conversion-focused initiatives and revenue growth on physical and digital media.
  • Track Brand campaign performance, marketing ROI, and contribution to business outcomes
  • Manage brand budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and international real estate marketing
  • Proven experience in ATL & BTL planning with a strong focus on Business Value (BV) delivery
  • Experience in handling NRI/international markets and global campaign execution preferred
  • Strong business knowledge and commercial understanding of the real estate sector
  • Ability to drive brand innovation and create differentiated marketing strategies across international markets
  • Go-getter mindset with high ownership and execution-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in digital brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media content management, online brand content channels.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field is preferred but not limiting.
  • MBA in Marketing from Top Tier B-School
