• Design challenging, advanced biology problems and questions to rigorously test AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with sound scientific logic and reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Identify errors, misconceptions, or gaps in AI responses across biology topics
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that drives measurable improvements in AI models
  
  

• Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong command of advanced biology concepts with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
• No prior AI experience required
  
  

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
• Background spanning multiple biology subdisciplines (e.g., cell biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry)
