Position Overview

The Banking & Repayment Manager will oversee loan disbursement, repayment processes, and banking operations. The role focuses on managing end-to-end repayment cycles, ensuring compliance, and maintaining robust banking relationships to facilitate seamless financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan disbursement processes, coordinating with banking partners and internal teams to ensure timely payouts.
• Oversee repayment collections, including tracking overdue payments and implementing strategies for timely recovery.
• Monitor ECS (Electronic Clearing System), auto-debit mandates, and other repayment mechanisms.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts for disbursements and collections.
• Collaborate with collection teams to address non-performing loans and minimize delinquencies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to support operational efficiency.
• Generate and analyse reports on repayment performance and provide insights for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, RBI guidelines, and internal policies in all banking and repayment operations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, loan repayment processes, and banking operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in banking software and financial tools.
