B2B Technician

This job is provided by apna.co - Handle installation, configuration and commissioning of enterprise connectivity services.

• Provide technical support for Internet Leased Line, Corporate Broadband, Managed Wi-Fi and SD-WAN services.
• Perform network troubleshooting and resolve connectivity-related issues within SLA.
• Conduct customer-site visits for technical assessment, troubleshooting and service delivery.
• Coordinate with Network Operations, Field Operations and other internal teams for faster issue resolution.
• Monitor network/service performance and ensure high service availability.
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices and other network equipment.
• Support new customer installations, migrations and network upgrades.
• Conduct site surveys and identify technical requirements for new installations.
• Maintain proper documentation of installations, configurations, service issues and resolutions.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical issues, service updates and resolution timelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise clients.
