About the Role



We are looking for a results-driven Growth Hacker to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and content marketing strategies that target enterprise clients across industries such as IT, finance, construction, real estate, government, and logistics. The ideal candidate is skilled in B2B marketing channels and understands the enterprise sales cycle, buyer personas, and how to generate quality leads using both inbound and outbound techniques.



Responsibilities



  • Lead Generation: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, content platforms, and paid media to generate quality B2B leads.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, emailers, and landing pages that resonate with CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • CRM & Automation: Use CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to manage marketing campaigns, lead-nurturing workflows, and monitor conversion funnels.
  • Market Research: Research target industries, competitors, and customer pain points to shape Proxsofts marketing messages and positioning.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics for campaigns (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Event & Webinar Support: Help organize and promote webinars, virtual demos, and industry events to support pipeline growth and thought leadership.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on target accounts, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and sales enablement material.



Qualifications



  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT services or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and content writing/editing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.



Preferred Skills



  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in international markets (especially the US, UK, or EU) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
