We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and analytical AVP of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales team to managing large clients.
Roles And Responsibilities
Leading sales vertical for pan India and deliver sales and service delivery targets for sales vertical consist of Hunting & Farming. Analyze and develop sales plans for the teams to follow.
Responsible for Hunting and Farming team parallel to ensure sales targets are achieved with sustainability of clients and discipline at ground level.
Ensure sales team is well armored with product knowledge, levers and support to mine the leads and close faster, building a strong sales management culture along with the entire sales team training. Set a motivational environment for the sales teams to help them achieve their goals.
Ensure Farming team is well indulged in existing/churned base of clients to resolve all open queries to build good rapport and help in extraction of business with exponential growth in existing business
Ensure sales team is strongly keeping daily callings, pipeline, meetings updated for better visibility on inputs
Ensure weekly target reviews and open sessions with the teams for healthy environment and faster closure of leads, Monthly Reviews with whole sales team to discuss on HITS and MISS
Ensure to be part of as many live meetings to help the team on closure part Bi. Monitor results and competitor products to improve the organization’s functioning.
Spread brand awareness within the assigned territory and managing an active pipeline. Locates opportunities to expand client base.
Unbiased Distribution of self leads to the team to demonstrate on lead mining and help them understand lead mining, Work closely with the Marketing Team for Improvement of Marketing Campaigns, Advertisements, and other promotional activities.
Always being on all the corners to ensure no lead is missed out and to go next mile. Working responsibly with the team and identifying the sales plans to achieve the organization’s goals.
Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.
Requirements
Proven experience in Logistics and experience
Any Graduate
Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Possesses knowledge of competitive products and markets.
Exhibits strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Exhibits familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Communicates clearly and effectively.
Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills.
