• Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, advance tax workings, and tax computations.
• Support tax provisioning (current & deferred tax) and related schedules for quarterly and annual financial reporting (Ind AS).
• Handle TDS compliance, reconciliations, and coordination for tax audits.
• Assist in responding to tax notices, assessments, and litigation documentation.
• Provide support in tax due diligence, restructuring, M&A transactions, and valuation assignments.
• Conduct research on tax laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory updates.
